MUSIC makes me STRONGER
Working in a cubicle farm everyday can cause a person to go a bit crazy from time to time.
The way I cope is by taking trips to see my favorite artists, like KC, to relieve some of that work stress.
Much thanks to these talented artists for sharing their gifts with us, they truly make a large impact in our daily lives!
2147 Miles From Home
As of March of 2010, I had a falling out with three of my closest friends, this included my boyfriend at the time. It was tough trying to keep myself motivated toward pursuing my dreams. Depressed, I turned to my mom who told me what an inspiration I am to her. I had stood up for myself, and that's very important. She talked about my maturity, and mentioned a goal list I had sitting in my room. "You focus on you & that list."
For the next seven months, I threw myself at my goals, learning more about myself, & creating a website (www.2147miles.com) devoted to inspiring others when they are down. I put my goal list on it, a blog, & everything important to me.
In July, I fell in love with the most amazing man. However, there was one tiny problem - I was going to move from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho to Nashville, Tennessee that October to pursue my singing career. (And I still did.)
The experience was incredible, but very difficult. I spent three months alone, more than two thousand miles from home. I met some wonderful people and had some amazing experiences. One day, I'd love to own a home in Nashville, Tennessee.
Though I just recently returned home to Idaho (with a few contacts & more inspiration than I could possibly imagine), 2010 to 2011 was the most memorable and incredible year I've ever had and I know there will be many more like it. You really can keep going through tough times, even when it doesn't feel like it and it really does make you stronger.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
Well sang Kelly. <3 You're my one and only idol!

HOPE makes me stronger
Even in the toughest times, I have found that simply being optimistic and maintaining a consistent state of hopefulness can bring me back to the reality that everything will be okay in the end. Through a particularly difficult time in my struggle against anxiety, I learned that positivity is the best and most powerful mindset to live by. A few weeks ago, I got the word "hope" forever tattooed onto my wrist as a reminder to always have HOPE in myself, in others, and in God no matter what. I chose to have it done in Spanish--esperanza--because I just find that word to be so beautiful and because it is also the name of a town that is near and dear to my heart. Hope makes me stronger.
Kelly Clarkson contributes to make me Stronger
I Know Kelly since 2006 thanks to the song "Because of you", which was one of the gretatest songs i've heard. Then I discovered her "breakaway" album and I've become a huge fan of her.
When "My December" was released, I was going through a very dark period of my life. The way she felt in this album's songs and the way she sang them made me feel she was in quite the same mood I was at this time. This album contributed to help me get over it !!!
Today, I wait for every of her albums/songs to be released because she has become one my favorites singers.
Kelly, you are extremely talented. You have a great voice and awesome personnality. Too bad you never come to France !!!

Love makes me stronger
All my life I was told by people at school that I was wrong for being homosexual. I knew about my sexual orientation when I was about 8 and I didn't fully accept myself until I was 16. What has helped lately is I found the man I want to spend the rest of my life with. He is everything I could ever ask for in a person. He is the love of my life and I couldn't image my life without him. It is possible for you to find happiness even if you're not homosexual. Things may seem like it won't get better but they will. I believe that things have a way of working themselves out for the better. As Kelly says "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" and I am a firm believer in that.
