I always pictured this video fairly simple. Just her in a room at the beginning and she's just walking around the room looking a little distraught and every now and then it will show pictures all over the room of her and some guy together. Then as the song builds it shows Kelly pacing back and forth with her cell phone in hand while she tries to make the decision to call the guy and tell him all this. She even starts a few texts but doesn't send them. And then when the song builds to the point where she says "I'm confusing as hell" she storms out of the room and the building leaving the doors open and then it shows her just walking down the street singing, looking a little hopeful and by the end of the video when she says "I don't wanna be tough" it shows her going up to the guys house pacing up and down the street in front of his house and eventually getting up the nerve to knock on the door when she says "I'm not lost.." and then it shows her waiting a while until she loses her nerve (maybe about the time she says "i should know better than to touch the fire twice"?) and starts to walk away but just before she leaves it shows the door opening and then she has a look of surprise on her face that he actually opened the door and she walks in his house and that's where it ends.
