I ordered the Stronger bundle from the merch store back in January when it was backordered. It originally came with a poster, t-shirt, Stronger cd, and Smoakstack sessions cd for $48.99. I finally got it today but I only received the t-shirt and Stronger cd and I was still charged $48.99. The merch store removed the original bundle around February and recently put a similar bundle for $40 that only includes the t-shirt and 2 cd's. I feel so ripped off. As soon as I noticed that they put up that new bundle for less money, I contacted My Play Direct and asked them about the price difference and item difference but they replied back saying I would be getting all the items I originally ordered, however, I didn't. Did this happen to any of you guys? I know a lot of people ordered this bundle to rack up points for the chance to get a meet and greet so I'm wondering if the same thing is happening to a lot of people. I contacted My Play Direct again today as soon as I received my package and I'm still waiting for a response. I asked for a refund of the difference, but I'm just not getting a good feeling about this with all the issues surrounding this website.

They finally got back to me. They are shipping me the missing items! what a relief!
I don't wanna play the Devil's Advocate or anything. The problem here as I see it, and I may be wrong, is that there is probably a very small team to manage the merchandise shops and costumer service for all the big lot of Sony's associated artists. And that said things can get complicated.
If there's something I've learned while using this site, is that you need to be both very Patient and Persistent. If you're up to both you'll get your stuff, I am sure.

I get the feeling that the merch store outsources their customer service. I just got a response but it's not very well written English and they asked me to let them know what items I'm missing. I already told them that in my original email! Dealing with this customer service has been so annoying. Every time I email them they basically ask me to repeat what I have already told them. By their last email, it seems they want to avoid giving me a refund. They said: "I'm sorry to know that the order is missing few products.
I think they must've run out of physical CDs around January or February when everyone started buying a lot of merch to get points so they could try to win a meet and greet.
But that's my point, that if they ran out, why did they tell me that I would still be getting what I originally ordered and then I don't get everything and charged the same amount for the original bundle which contained more items? I wonder if this has happened to other people?
I bought mine right when they got out in the end of October, so physical SS CD was probably a limited edition or something.
I bought the bundle recently when it was a download. Didnt even know they had a cd of the session. I did notice that when I got my email it said poster with it which must of reflected the older bundle. I'm new here so didnt even know about the old bundle until you mentioned it. I do know that customer support at many companies these days is not very good. There isnt even a number to call sometimes which I think is the case with them. You should either get what you ordered or if they ran out of stuff they should refund the difference and give you the download. Good luck with it.
kencharger, I wasn't given an option to download the Smoakstack session CD. When I click on my order number from the last email I received saying they shipped my order, I only see the bundle I ordered. The only difference is that the name of the bundle changed from when I originally ordered it in January to what it currently sells as in the merch store. I specifically told them that after I noticed the change but they replied back saying I would still be getting all the items I originally ordered.
Not sure about the bundle, but in my case I bought a 2 CD pack and I do have a physical Smoakstack Sessions CD. So it wasn't/isn´t download only.
Hi. The smoakstack sessions was a download, not a cd. You had a link to download it from when you completed your order. There might be a way to still download it. That I cant answer.
