My friends just surprised me with tickets to this week's show as an early birthday present (02.21), and I am so excited! Kelly is my all-time favorite artist, and I have been a fan since her days on American Idol.
At the show, I would LOVE to hear her cover any of the following:
I Know You Won't - Carrie Underwood
At Last - Etta James
Crazy - Patsy Cline
Forget You - CeeLo Green
We Are Young - Fun
Funny Girl (from the Broadway Musical)
Spotlight - Jennifer Hudson
Gonna Get Over You - Sara Bareilles
And if I'm lucky, she'll sing Thankful from her first album - the song that made me fall in love with her - and Can't Help Myself from her new album.
Whatever she sings, I'm sure it will be fantastic.
