What is gonna happen to the fans that recently renew their fan club membership to the old fan club? will they recieve a refund? what about meet and greets and vip tickets for future tours? Will they be no more?

Ok so i bought $50 worth of stuff from the store here on kelly website. and its not showing up in my points total ALSO, i cannot find the receipt number. I dont see anything except for the order number and when i put in the order number its not working. What do i do ?? i need these points . HELP... I am attending her concert in Alb, NM August 2nd and its comming fast.... I love kelly but the only reason i spent 50 dollars on tshirts was for the points. Please help ASAP....

I haven't received Buzz points since February 5. In the same boat as you behindthesehazeleyes. Not sure if the TC crew decided to make the daily buzz points a weekly thing now though.

Well, if you do everything everyday that gives you about 15,750 points based on a thirty day month and then there's always when the videos and photos work, so that adds more points and of course you can make purchases to increase the amount of points, so this is how people get 20,00o a month.

@constance...you can get points for buying merchandise..I have bought merchandise to accumulate enough points to redeem for rewards. You can get as many points as you want on merchandise purchases depending on how much you buy.

Webcrew - can you please explain how one person can accumulate 66,000 points in a week? Seriously, how is this mathematically possible given the functionality of points you can humanly receive when you access the 'get points' options. I can only get 900 point a day - and that's only if everything is working. Doesn't seem fair!
Just curious...Is anyone getting ANY response from the WebCrew regarding any of the "glitches". I too have posted in several places and nothing. Did they all go on vacation?????
I llked when we had 10 fan club meet and greets per show. And even when we got a lowered amouunt now for this tour, I was not geting points for almost everything. So it was hopeless for me to meet Kelly without spending another 150 dollars.

Why do I have to keep losing my 500 points for following Kelly on Twitter?! Every couple of hours I have to "refollow," meaning I have to unfollow and follow again to get the points again! What gives?!
Actually there is a guy with 7 Meet and Greets but 1 for different cities. He was trying to score a guest spot for a city he didn't have with a guest spot for someone who wanted one of the cities he had. I can see where the software would not let you purchase multiple Meet and Greets for the same city, but I can see where maybe they can't flag someone who purchased a city then tried to purchase another Meet and Greet for another city.
@risty007 It says there is a limit of one meet and greet per kellebrities member. Also apparently it is against the rules to transfer points to another member. I remember reading that you should report it if you suspect another member of doing so.
I have a couple of questions:
1. If I purchase 2 Meet and Greets for a show, does that mean I can take 3 guests?
2. Is there a process to transfer points to another member? For instances, I have 100,000 points and I want to give 50,000 to another member.

There is a link called "Send Us Feedback" and I've gotten replies from crowdtwist staff doing that. It's ridiculous when you buy paid memberships for years and now you have to have fan rank.. which ultimately means nothing now too as long as you get 35-38k before m&g's open up. Real glad I spent so many hours earning points if I don't get one. The whole point of this site and all respect I had is out the window under this system.

I buy into the fan club for good seats to the shows and am never let down. Last tour, I missed the opportunity to pay for a meet/greet and was hoping to do that this tour, but looks like that isn't an option. At this rate, I will never have the points, bc they don't get added to my account for my activity. I am on this site, bc I am a fan, and I listen to music, watch videos, check out the buzz, etc.
what about members with low points i don't think it's fair to them
As of this evening, I can now get points for listening to songs, and viewing videos. THANK YOU!! for whatever you did or didn't do to get these points working. Still there are a couple of video view links that are not working: Stronger, Because of You, Don't waste your time, and Sober live.
Still no points for viewing photos, or checking the buzz. Also, there are still lingering points issues with the Twitter following - i.e. in the morning I'll get like 500 points for the month's followship and then if I log back on in the afternoon, the 500 points have disappeared. strange!
Does anyone know if the meet and greets will still apply to the international tour dates when she announces them? I live in England.
Hi again Webcrew! It appears that your efforts to try and fix things has not been successful. Many of the forum posts echo the same frustrations. You limited the points to 5 songs. I am no not getting ANY POINTS for listening to songs. Still NO POINTS for viewing videos, photos, or checking buzz items.
If you are proceeding to make M&G's dependent on fans accessing and accumulating points using these measures, well then you should really make it a level playing field and get these bugs fixed so it's fair to everyone.

Who ever runs the site has worked hard to fix things... I can tell because I'm finally getting points for listening to music... and I know for some stuff it works in Google Chrome but not other servers so you can always check your server....
How are we supposed to build up to those almost impossible 350,000 points if our points are being taken away??? I've lost 800 points because all the stuff i've done on twitter isn't there anymore, doesn't even show I follow her and I've always followed her. I hope there is an alternative or fix these bugs!!
OMG am I reading correctly? Do we not get a chance for the meet and greet anymore unless we have enough points with the Kellebrites thing? My life is over!
The points i'm getting now it will take me SIX YEARS to have enough to buy a meet&greet! Sometimes it gives points for two retweets and sometimes it gives me points for visiting the site, i don't get points for checking out the photo gallery or listening to songs or anything
It always says that people listened to 4 songs in like 4 seconds and then it's 100 points there but it doesn't work here... i also don't get points for seeing a video

I think this way is fairer than paying money to be a member. If you really want a Meet & Greet it will take you just under 7 months of listening to the songs on her website. You can purchase an album or T-shirt and get there even faster. I see someone already has 500,000 + points. Join the news letter and get 250 points for reading her e-mails. There is lots of ways to get prizes and its free and I think that's good. With the way economy is today, I am sure this is the best way for Kelly to keep a fan base.
It almost seems impossible to get enough points for the meet n greet... I liked it their old way much better. I still can't figure out how to get points for listening to the songs it's driving me insane!

if the only way to get a M&G is by getting enough points.....i sincerely hope the problems get resolved soon....because i only get points for retweets on twitter and facebook and loggin in...nothing else....and i am on here every night just hoping it's going to be fixed
I know the 30 dollars we paid for the old site was for the year. But it seems unfair, for some of us who renewed and then it went to this free site. I have not heard anything or gotten a refund either. On this new site, it would be nice to know how meet and greets will work. I don't think many of us will get to 350 thousand points.
well to my knowledge nothing new has come out... I hope that it does... I loved being able to get really good tickets and a chance to win a meet and greet as of right now I don't know what to really think of kellebrites which is the new thing right now... I mean it's cool and I do like it but I miss the fan club... I didn't pay for my membership I was about to when they changed it so I'm glad I didn't if everything is free now...

So have we gotten an actual answer for this question? I can't imagine not having M&Gs. Kelly knows how important her fans are. I'm more interested in whether the VIP tickets will be available on her next tour. Fingers crossed and positive thoughts!
I really hope they launch a new fan club or at least if she tours again offer meet&greets to us members on here
