Getting Kelly CD Signed

I had the opportunity to meet Kelly last week, but was asked for no autographs. I really wanted my CD insert signed but they encouraged us not to ask so I complied with the rules.
Does anyone know if I can send it to her label to have signed? I remember a previous forum topic about it and can't find it. 
I think their response was that there was but it took 6 months to get it back or something.

Do you have to send some thing for her to sign or will they send a photo to you if you send them a self addressed stamped envelope ?
I don't know what a IRC is. It must be for outside the US? I live in the US, so I just sent a self addressed and stamped envelope inside the envelope I mailed. I sent the letter last June and got my photo back in January.
What's an IRC? My guess is that you should have an SASE (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope) to send it back in.
@94Missindependent when you mailed her, did you include IRC (International Reply Coupons) also? Or do we not need to include them?
